These 92mm fans were strategically placed directly
above the CPU and video card in order to maximize heat dissipation as exhaust
fans.

Step 1
- Find and layout your center point for the
compass using the diagram above.
- Setup the compass by measuring the inside
diameter of the fan and half that measurement is what you use to set the
protractor.
- Layout the hole using the compass.

Step 2
- Pic of finished layout for both blowholes
for 92mm fans.

Step 3
- Drill pilot/ starter holes for the jigsaw
with the drill and 3/16" drill bit.

Step 4
- Cut the blowholes along the circles that
you laid out above
- Make sure you sand down all the rough
edges of the blowhole and screw holes with the Dremel tool and sanding
drum

Step 4
- Align the fan on the cut out blowhole
- Use the screw holes in the fan as a guide
- Drill the pilot holes in the four corners
with the Dremel tool and the 1/8" drill bit
- Follow through the four pilot holes with
the 3/16" drill bit and the drill
- Make sure you sand down all the rough
edges of the blowhole and screw holes with the Dremel tool and sanding
drum
- Align the fan with the screw holes
underneath and secure the fan and fan guards with philips screwdriver and
fan screws.
- These fans are installed
as exhaust fans
